"We booked a table with a set menu for 20 people for a 21st birthday. There is parking inside, do not make a mistake of parking at Oceans Mall. The service was excellent and the food was yummy, really worth what you pay. It had a beautiful view inside and outside and inside was really beautiful."

"Must-Visit! I had the pleasure of dining at FireLake Restaurant during my stay at the Radisson Hotel, and I was truly impressed. The service was consistently excellent — warm, professional, and welcoming. I visited for both breakfast and dinner, and each time, the staff made me feel well looked after. The food was amazing — full of flavor, beautifully presented, and clearly made with quality ingredients. The menu offers a great variety, and every dish I tried was outstanding. The atmosphere was elegant yet relaxed, perfect for both casual and special meals. It’s a popular spot, and it can get quite full, so don’t expect your waiter to be at your table every minute — but they’re always friendly and do their best to accommodate everyone. FireLake is truly a gem. I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit. Highly recommended!"

She was attentive, friendly, and so professional throughout the night. She made the entire evening feel extra special and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. "I recently dined here and, overall, it was a good experience. The food was absolutely amazing! I had a two-course meal consisting of a delicious main and a fantastic dessert. While the food did take a bit longer than expected, the quality made it worth the wait. However, the customer service experience with making the reservation was stressful. They never responded to my emails, so I had to call. When I did, the staff didn’t seem to know how to answer my questions. I was also blindsided by the price differences for bringing my own bottle. The prices they quoted over the phone were not the same when I arrived, which was disappointing. The waiter, though very friendly, didn’t check on us as often as I would have liked. Despite these issues, the atmosphere was lovely, and I enjoyed the aura of the place. I would definitely consider coming back for the food!"

"Took my sister here to celebrate her Birthday. She had seen a special for Pizzas and Pastas on Tuesday's and Thursday's, but we was told it's only for Pizza's now. I still had to try the Boerewors Concasse Pasta which the best meal we chose. The Boerewors was a spicy lamb boerewors which perfectly paired with spicy tomato sauce, that had some similarity to bolognese sauce, which was amazing. We also tried 2 pizzas, the Firelake Signature and Lamb Korma, they were good pizzas but I preferred the Lamb Korma. Would I buy them at their normal price, No. I have had way better pizzas for less than this. Overall service and atmosphere is great. Please note, if you are not a hotel guest, you got to park at Oceans Mall and walk outside, then into Radisson Hotel to go up the escalator to the 6th Floor, which does not make any sense as there is an entrance from the mall on the 2nd Floor which is only accessible if you are an hotel guest. If this entrance was open to enter the hotel and restaurant, they would be, far busier."

"Beautiful views. Enjoyed my morning breakfast. I didn't have dinner, or lunch was out most of the time. The staff was amazing and friendly true KZN hospitality. Samke, Mphume, Sbonelo, the chefs or cooks at the omelette station wonderful and charismatic."

"We visited the restaurant for a light dinner. I would call it satisfactory. The atmosphere was okay and the staff okay too. The views from the restaurant are great and we enjoyed watching the night skyline from the 6th floor."
